The SE Chapter ABATE of Florida held there Semi-Annual Motorcyclists Rights Rally on Sunday January 18, 2015 at Mickey’s Tiki Bar in Pompano Beach. All bikes, bikers, clubs, independents and even cagers were invited to participate. The turnout was awesome as was the perfect South Florida winter time riding weather.
Alan Brownfeld, owner of Mickey’s Tiki provided food and drink specials and his staff Lisa, Stefanija, Don and the rest were at the ready all day taking care of guests. Alan has completely renovated the place and rumor has it he even added a real dance floor since these shots were taken. House band, Mighty Quinn rocked the large crowd all afternoon. There was a 50/50 drawing, door prizes, plenty of vendors and there were safety and membership booths.
This event, as always, was a great time for all and a great opportunity to catch up with old friends and make some new ones. Bars, Jimmy and the rest of the SE Chapter of ABATE, fight all year long for the rights of all motorcyclists. If you missed this event, stay tuned, they do it twice a year. Until the next one…
